Yosemitt has been a great instructor for learning how to handle/shoot a firearm in a safe manner. He takes it upon himself to teach you proper technique and skills that you can use in the future at shooting range. I have learn a lot from Yosemitt and plan on learning much more. Highly recommended to anybody who’s looking to take a live shooting lesson.

Yosemit was very informative and helpful when teaching the safety of loading and unloading the gun. Also great teacher on aiming and shooting. Will definitely be scheduling some one on one lessons again in the near future.

Training with a firearm can be both intimidating and exciting. Yosemite was great at helping to remove that intimidation factor as we learned how to properly handle a weapon. We tried a few challenges with our targets that really made the experience enjoyable. Throughout the training Yosemite kept safety as a priority and never missed a beat in making sure we all finished our session in one piece. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get licensed or just improve their technique.

I recently took my first lesson with Yos. I was impressed with his professionalism and preparedness. I benefited from his in the moment and personalized feedback. He also brought visual aids and training tools that helped explain or reinforce his coaching. This can be an intimidating activity – Yos is engaging and good natured, so if you’re thinking about investing in training, I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Straight Shooter LLC covered all the important stuff. It was very informative and made me feel even more comfortable and knowledgeable when it comes to gun safety. It was super convenient having the class in home, I didn’t feel awkward at all when I had a question, like I would have if I had been with a bunch of strangers. I highly recommend taking this class, knowledge you will learn will be beneficial and you’ll be prepared to file for your License to Carry.

My boyfriend Henry took lessons yesterday with Yosemit and had nothing but good things to say about his lesson. He praised Yosemit for his efficiency and attention to detail. Very informative and fun class to be in. Small class so everything is more hands on and you will leave there with way more information than you walked in with, regardless of experience.

So I thought because I’ve done some shooting in the past I knew what was I doing. Until I had my first lesson with Yosemit Marrero of Straight Shooter LLC. He showed me there was more than just pulling the trigger. We worked on being focused, my stance and observing my surroundings while being disciplined. I can’t wait until my next lesson.
